The vast majority of our customers are very pleased with the CUSTOM PRAYER SHAWLS they receive, but we want all of our customers to be satisfied.

Of course, we cannot return any item with a CUSTOM PRAYER SHAWL DESIGNS that are specialized for the individual.
No, we do not accept exchanges of any kind due to Covid 19.
